Where as Guava is rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, potassium and cover. It helps in relieve the painful symptoms of menstruation such as stomach cramps. It prevents constipation and and it has also anticancer effect.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupchopped green guava
  2. 1/2 cupchopped spinach
  3. 1banana
  4. 10almonds
  5. 1/2 cupyoghurt

Cooking Instructions

    Assemble all the ingredients together.

    Grind it and your smoothie is ready. Serve it.
