Avocado spinach banana smoothie

This is my favorite smoothie, I have changed some of my ingredients like ice , using frozen banana and avocado, and I used to use water I changed that to almond milk.
My kids suck these down , and love them , you’d think they was having a milk shake lol 😂. They even know what’s in it and like helping making it ... this recipe is for one severing for a personal blender, not a big blender. Now I do split this one for 2 kids , but they are starting to ask for the whole cup . Wow 😳 right...

Ingredients

  • Handfulspinach
  • 1/2 cupfrozen avocado
  • 1frozen banana in chunks
  • 1 1/2 cupalmond milk

    Add ingredients in order as listed, blend for about 30 sec.

    Big blender- this is just a guess two avocados, 2 bananas, 2 handfuls of spinach and whatever almond milk you’d need, to blend. This should taste more like a banana.
