Cooking Instructions

Marinate your beef with vegetables oil, soy sauce, paprika, blended peppers,onion,ginger, garlic.

Cover with a cling film and marinate overnight in a fridge

Transfer into a nonstick pan and fry for at least five minutes. Then add in water cook stirring for 10 mins, allow the water to dry up. Add in kuli kuli in the meat.

Cut the bell peppers and onions in chunks, get ur skewers and thread the beef on it together with the bell peppers nd onions.

Brush your beef skewers with oil, deep again kuli kuli mix, then transfer to your grilling pan greased with oil, turning from time to time.

It's one of my favorite recipes, handed down to me by my mother.Just stir fry the peppers until softened, and flavor on the strong side.
