Ingredients

  1. 1 cuptamarind soaked into water
  2. 1 cupjaggery
  3. to tastesalt
  4. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pan add tamarind and jaggery.boil it for five minutes. Add spices and mix again.boil it for two minutes. Let it cool at room temperature. Chutney is ready to serve.
