  1. 1cucumber
  2. 1 inchginger
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  5. To tasteLemon juice

    Grate cucumber and ginger in a bowl or plate. Mix it well.

    Then add red chilli powder,salt and lemon juice. Mix well and serve.

    It works like a salad also.can be prepared during lunch hours. Cucumber and ginger both are very healthy. Cucumber is very beneficial during summertime.
