Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsfull fat milk
  2. 1/4 cupsugar
  3. 3green cardamons, powdered
  4. 20 strandssaffron
  5. 1 tspkewra water
  6. 10 sliceswhite bread

Cooking Instructions

    Bring whole milk to boil in a heavy bottom pan.Allow it to reduce by 1/2 and keep stirring in intervals

    Add the sugar, saffron, cardamon powder and simmer for 10 mins.

  3. 3

    Finally, add kewra water and turn off the flame. Allow it to cool completely and refrigerate for 2 hours.

    Cut the bread slices into circle. Before serving, dip the bread pieces in the rabdi and add some more rabdi and enjoy!
