Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupwhipped cream
  2. 2-3digestive biscuits
  3. 2-3 piecessponge cake
  4. 2 tbspStrawberry compote/ Jam
  5. 1 tsppowdered sugar
  6. 1 tspmilk powder
  7. 2 tbspwhite chocolate ganache
  8. 1 tbspdark chocolate syrup
  9. 1/2 tspVanilla essence

Cooking Instructions

    Using electric better mix the instant whipped cream (prepared as per the instruction on the box) with sugar, milk, vanilla essence and keep it in the freezer for 3-5 minutes. After that pour the white chocolate ganache into the cream and mix well. Again keep it in the freezer for 5 more minutes.

    In the next step start layering the glass with the roughly crushed digestive biscuits followed by the homemade strawberry compote or you can use any fruit jam, diced sponge cake (Used Brittani milk cake).

    Now filled the glass with the choco cream mixture & topped with dark chocolate syrup & it's ready to serve but it taste better if put it in the refrigerator for couple of hours to set the dessert.
