Cooking Instructions

Wash and clean the broccoli. Add some salt and turmeric in boiling water and cook it for 3mins.Cool and blend as smooth paste.

Heat the pan with butter. Add Garlic & onion and saute till golden brown.

Add the milk and boil for 1mins. Once it’s boil add the blended smoothie and mix well. Cook it for next 3-5mins.

Pour the corn flour slurry and stir well. Now add salt & pepper and boil 1 min.

Creamy Broccoli soup is ready. Serve hot with garlic bread.
