200 gbroccoli
1onion
1cube chicken stock
1 cupwater
1 cupmilk
1/4 cupheavy whipping cream
1 TBSPbutter

Cut broccoli into pieces. Microwave for 2 minutes.

Thinly slice onions. In a medium pan, medium heat melt butter and sauté onion until the onion gets clear.

Add water, chicken stock and broccoli. Cook together for 10 minutes.

Put them in a blender.

Add milk and heavy whipping cream. Adjust the flavor with salt and pepper.
