Ingredients

  1. 2 cups- Wheat flour
  2. 1 tbsp- Maida
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. 1 tspdry yeast
  5. 1 tbsp- Sugar
  6. 1 tspoil
  7. 1 tspMilk
  8. 1 tspButter

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly take sugar and yeast and mix.

    Pour half glass of warm water. Mix it.

    Cover and keep aside for 10-15 to activate.

    Now in a large mixing bowl sieve wheat flour, maida and salt.

    Now make cavity and pour yeast solution.

    Now knead soft and sticky dough by adding warm water.

    Knead till it gets smooth texture.

    Add oil. Make it smooth.

    Now form a ball shape and apply oil on top of dough cover it with samp cloth for 1 -2 hrs. Depends in weather. Keep aside to ferment.

    Now ur dough will b double the size.

    Grease your hands and punch ferment dough.

    Again knead it for 10-15 mins.

    Now grease baking loaf tin.

    Take out dough make log and keep it in bread box to rise for 3rd tym.

    Now Preheat oven at 200 ° C for 10 mins.

    Now milk wash the dough and keep it to bake for 35-40 mins.

    Once done take out and apply butter.

    Cover with moist cloth for 10- 15.

    Now cud slices and enjoy making sandwiches,

    Whole Wheat Bread is ready.
