Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, fenugreek powder and chopped green chilli and let cumin seeds splutter.

Now add chopped onion,potato,cauliflower and salt,cook it for 2-3 minutes on low flame.

Now add all dry spices and chopped tomato and mix it nicely and cook it for more 3-4 minutes on low flame by covering the lid.

When veggies look like soften then switch off the flame and add some chopped coriander leaves.

Pav Bhaji Masala Aalu Gobhi is ready. You can serve it with chapatis or parathas.
