Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut equal sized roundels of each of the Bread slices and keep aside. Bring milk to a rolling boil on a high heat at first. Now simmer on a low heat for the next 15 minutes. Add Condensed Milk and Saffron strands too along with the Cardamom powder.
- 2
Let it reduce a little and as it thickens, take it off the heat. Do not reduce it much. It should be thick but yet smooth and creamy. Arrange all the bread roundels on a serving platter, pour this thickened Milk on top of it. Let them soak it well. Garnish with slivered Almonds and Pistachios. Enjoy!

Condensed Milk Sweet Bread (Using a Bread Maker) Condensed Milk Sweet Bread (Using a Bread Maker)
I didn't want my leftover condensed milk to go to waste, so I tried making bread with it.Instead of making rolls, you can just use the bread course in the bread maker and this is also delicious. As the dough is really loose, if you don't coat with flour it'll stick to your hands. But be careful not to use too much. For 18 mini rolls. Recipe by Minimy cookpad.japan -
Pumpkin Bread For the Kids Pumpkin Bread For the Kids
This is a bread I can make with my little one, who has recently started to "help out" with the household chores.I wanted to think up nutrition-packed rolls that kids would love to eat too.I made the dough soft so that it's easy to roll out, so you will need flour for dusting. In Step 1, if you have any leftover kabocha squash, mash it and divide into 100 g portions to make this bread in the future and freeze. To make the kabocha squash pasta filling, mix the mash with sugar, honey, condensed milk and so on. For an easy-to-make amount. Recipe by Momopanda cookpad.japan -
