Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 250 gmscarrot
  2. 250 gmscabbage
  3. 1big onion (chopped)
  4. 3green chillies
  5. 3 tbspnGrated coconut
  6. 1tspn fennel powder
  7. 1 tbspncoriander leaves
  8. 3 tbspnoil
  9. To tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a kadai add fennel powder, green chillies and onion and saute till translucent.

  2. 2

    Add the chopped carrots and cabbage. Mix well and add salt. Sprinkle water over the vegetables and cover with lid.

  3. 3

    Cook till veggies are done about 10 minutes in low flame. Add grated coconut and mix well. Garnish with coriander.
