Ingredients

30minutes
  1. 1/2 kgmutton curry cut
  2. 2big onion finely chopped
  3. 3tomatoes medium puree
  4. 1 tspgarlic cloves chopped
  5. 1 tspginger choppped
  6. 2green chilli chopped
  7. 2 tspoil
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 tspCumin seeds
  10. 1 tspKashmiri red chilli powder
  11. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  12. 1 tspcoriander powder
  13. 2 tspmeat masala powder
  14. 2 Tspcoriander leaves chopped
  15. 1/2 tspKasuri methi crushed
  16. 2big potatoes cut into 4
  17. Marination
  18. to tastesalt
  19. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  20. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  21. 2 tspcurd
  22. 1 tspginger garlic paste

Cooking Instructions

30minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a flat cooker add oil and heat it addcumin and crackle it now add onion after a minute add ginger garlic pasteand green chilli.

    Saute till brown In. Colour now add tomato puree and saute till leaves the oil.

    Now add meat and saute for 5 minute on a slow heat till leaves the oil.add salt turmeric red chilli powder coriander powder and little coarinder leaves.And meat masala.

    Add 2 cup of water close the lid and whistle on medium flame 4 to 5 whistle. When cooker is cool open it and see the gravy as u want.

    Or add wAter as u need add kasuri methi and coriander leaves now ready to serve hot mutton curry with rice and chapatti.enjoy and got praise.
