Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmango pulp
  2. 100 gmpaneer
  3. 1/2 cupmilk powder
  4. 250 mlmilk
  5. 1/2 cupsugar
  6. 1 tspcardamom powder
  7. 1 tbspdeshi ghee

Cooking Instructions

    First put milk on medium flame add milk powder and stir well so that there are no lumps. Now add sugar and stir until it thickens a little.

    Now add the mango pulp and keep stirring continuously.

    Now when it is mixed well and becomes a little thick, add paneer to it and mix well, keep stirring continuously until it thickens.

    Take a little of the mixture in your hand and make a ball. When it becomes a ball, the mixture is ready. Now grease a plate with ghee and spread this mixture on it.

    When it cools, cut it into desired shapes. Paneer Mango Kalakand is ready.
