Mango rabdi is all-time favorite summer sweet. Traditionally rabdi is made by simmering milk for a long time until the milk reduces to almost half the original quantity. But in this recipe, I share a quick rabdi recipe using fresh bread crumbs. I also share a few basic things which should be kept in mind while making rabdi at home and it will always turn out perfect.

I also share a few basic things which should be kept in mind while making rabdi at home and it will always turn out perfect.

Ingredients

  1. 3 slicesBread Slices
  2. 500 mlMilk
  3. 4 tbspmilk powder
  4. 1 tspChopped Almonds
  5. 1 tspchopped pistachio
  6. 1 tspchopped cashew nuts
  7. 1/4 cupsugar
  8. 1 tspCardamom powder
  9. 1/2 tspghee
  10. 1/2 cupMango Pulp
  11. 2 slicesmango
  12. 👉 For Garnishing :--
  13. 1 tspAlmond, cashew nuts and pistachio pieces
  14. 1 tspMango pieces
  15. 5no. Saffron strings

Cooking Instructions

    To make Mango Rabdi take Bread Slices and Cut all edges. Now Cut all pieces of bread into Small parts and add them into a grinding jar and make a fine powder. Then add the mango pieces in the mixer jar and grind without adding water and prepare the mango pulp.

    Now place a pan on medium flame and add milk to it and boil. After the milk boils, add bread crumbs into milk and mix well and stir continuously on low-medium flame. Now add Milk powder in batches and mix well. Now cook until 2 boils.

    After 2 boils, add chopped almonds, chopped pistachio, chopped cashew nut, and mix everything well. Now add sugar, add cardamom powder, add ghee and mix well. Now turn off the flame and let it cool.

    Now take mango pulp and mango slices and into small pieces. Now add Mango pulp into Rabri mix and Mix well.
    Now add mango cubes into Rabri and mix well.

    Now for this garnish, add mango rabdi in a serving bowl by adding small pieces of mango, almonds, cashews, pistachios and saffron strings and serve cold.

    Now our delicious Rabdi is ready and you can serve and garnish it as you want and enjoy it.
