Ingredients

  1. 1/2 tspGinger Garlic paste
  2. 1 cupBoiled potato mashed
  3. 5-6bread slices
  4. 2 tspChopped Green chillies
  5. 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  6. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  7. 1/2 tspRed Chilli Powder
  8. 1/2 tspChat Masala
  9. To tasteSalt
  10. handfulPeas
  11. 2 tspCoriander leaves chopped
  12. 1/2 cupBread crumbs
  13. As neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in kadai. Add 1/2 tsp of Ginger Garlic paste, chopped green Chillies, 1/2 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of Turmeric Powder, 1/2 tsp of red Chilli powder,1/2 tsp of Chat Masala, Salt per taste.and mix well

    Now add green peas,add little water and cook for 1 minute then add boiled potatoes and mix well with masala and cook for one minute add chopped coriander chopped. And let it cool.

    Now cut the edges of the bread.dip the bread slice into the water just for a second and squeeze off with help of your hands.Then add potato stuffing and wrap from all sides

    Now coat in bread crumbs and deep fry in medium flame for 2 minutes till it gets crispy.

    Serve hot with Tomato ketchup
