Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupchopped almonds
  2. 1/2 cupchopped cashews
  3. 2 spoonsghee
  4. 1/2 spoondry ginger powder (SOONTH)
  5. 1 cupdates (desseded)
  6. 1/2 cupgrated coconut for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Set a wok on medium heat, add 2 spoons of ghee, and add chopped almonds and cashews. (you can take any dry fruits of your choice).

    Roast almond and cashews in ghee for 1 or 2 minutes.

    Now add desseded dates into the pan. Add dry ginger powder(SOONTH), Mix well till dates mashed fully and properly melt in ghee.

    It's done now. Take it out in one plate and make round balls with your palms.

    Rub it into the grated coconut.

    It's ready. You can store in a airtight container for 15 to 20 days.

    You can add this balls in simple plain milk and boil it nicely. Or if you want you can blend it. Dates milk ready with dryfruits. That is also tastes good and very healthy for kids as it's sugar-free. (For this you can skip grated coconut).
