Ingredients

  1. 250gas dates
  2. 100 gmsfigs
  3. 50 gmsalmonds
  4. 50 gmswalnuts
  5. 25 gmspistas
  6. 2top green cardamom powder
  7. 1 tspghee
  8. 1 tsppoppy seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Deseed dates and chop dates and figs.

    Coarsely chop all the dry fruits.

  3. 3

    Grind separately dates and figs.

  4. 4

    Heat a non stick pan. Add 1 tsp ghee and add ground dates and figs. Cook for ten minutes. Add chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder.Add poppy seeds.

    Cook till everything is mixed well. REMOVE and cool it for 5 minutes. Roll it into 2 logs.

    Powder 2 tsp pistas. Roll the dates roll in pista.

    Cover the rolls in cling film and keep them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove and slice them.
