Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 cupcrumbled paneer (homemade)
  3. 1 cupdates
  4. 5almonds
  5. 1sp cardmum,nutmeg powder
  6. 1sp dry fruits powder
  7. 2sp coconut powder
  8. 2sp milk powder
  9. as neededGhee
  10. 2sp +as needed oil

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare soft dough with wheat flour,salt pinch,oil and water.

    Soak seedless dates almond in hot milk for half an hour, then grind it to paste add crumbled paneer and grind again to smooth add milk if needed.

    Heat some ghee in a pan add paneer dates paste and cook it till dries add coconut powder,dry fruits powder, cardmum, nutmeg powder mix it well.cool it then make balls.

    Take portion of dough spread it stuff it with ball prepared cover and roll it,heat tava and roast both sides appling ghee/oil.

    No sugar paneer dates poli is ready serve with ghee.
