Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 2cucumber diced
  2. 1tomato diced
  3. 1onion diced
  4. 4-6Mushrooms in small pieces
  5. 2lattuce leaves
  6. 2 tsplemon juice
  7. 1 tbspextra virgin olive oil
  8. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  9. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First on a non-stick tawa saute Mushrooms in 1 tsp oil. Keep aside.

    Combine alll ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add mushroom also.

    Dress with olive oil, salt, black pepper and lemon juice.
