Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchopped onions
  2. 1 cupchopped tomatoes
  3. 2 cupschopped cucumber
  4. 1 cupcooked red kidney beans
  5. 1 cuproughly chopped lettuce
  6. 1 cupchopped green bell pepper
  7. for salad dressing.
  8. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  9. 1/4 tspbrown sugar
  10. 2 tsplemon juice
  11. 1/2 tspchat masala
  12. 1/2 tsppepper powder
  13. 1/4tspblack salt
  14. 1/4 tspsalt
  15. 2minced garlic
  16. 1 tbspolive oil
  17. 1green chilli finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    To make a dressing of salad, take a cup add olive oil &all the other dressing ingredients, mix everything well...

    To make salad, roughly chop lettuce in bite size pieces, take a bowl add in,all the chopped salad ingredients &cooked red beans.. to this add little dressing & toss the ingredients..

    Keep adding the dressing as you toss the salad through.. your delicious, super healthy red kidney bean, cucumber salad is ready... Enjoy..!!
