Ingredients

10 minutes
2 people
  1. 1/2 cupbeans (soaked)
  2. 1cucumber (chopped)
  3. 1tomato (chopped)
  4. 1onion (chopped)
  5. 50 grampaneer(cut in little cubes)
  6. 1/2 tablespoonlemon juice
  7. 1 tspblack pepper (freshly crushed)
  8. Pinchsugar
  9. Pinchblack salt
  10. as requiredMint leaves for decoration

Cooking Instructions

    Soak beans for half an hour and boil with salt and water.

    Strain the water snd keep aside and let it be cool. Then take one bowl. Mix lemon juice, salt, pepper, black salt and sugar.

    Mix all ingredients and toss with very soft hands. Decorate with fresh mint leaves. Your super healthy salad is ready. You can have this any time. Enjoy
