Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupmixed sprouts (moong, motth,chana)
  2. 1/2 cupbroccoli florets blanched
  3. 1/2 cupsweet corn kernels boiled
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 2tomatoes chopped
  6. 1cucumber cut into diced
  7. 1capsicum cut into diced
  8. 2carrots chopped
  9. 1 tbsplemon juice freshly squeezed
  10. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  11. 1 tbspmixed seeds (melon seeds, flex seeds)
  12. 1 tbspwalnuts chopped
  13. to taste Salt(sea salt/ rock salt)
  14. 1 tbspextra virgin olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak the moon, moth and Chana. Let them get sprouted.

    Wash and chop all the veggies, boil sweet corn and blanch the broccoli for 3-4 mins in boiling water.

    Take mixing bowl, add sprouts and all veggies. Mix well. Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper powder, seeds and walnuts. Give it a nice mix. Cover it for 15 mins. Now it’s ready to eat. Very easy, tasty and healthy salad this summer.
