Ingredients

  1. 300 GramMawa
  2. 1 CupSugar
  3. 2-3 Tablespoonmaida/All-purpose flour
  4. 1/2 CupWater
  5. As neededOil for frying

    First of all take mawa in a plate and add maida in it.

    Now mix maida and mawa na make a soft dough.Keep this dough aside for 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile heat up a pan,add sugar and water in it and let it come to boil for about 10 mins on medium flame and make a sugar syrup.

    Now take dough and make circular balls.

    Now heat up oil in a pan,drop gulab jamun's in oil and fry them till golden brown colour.

    Now drop this gulab jamuns in sugar syrup and soak till they becomes soft.

    Mawa gulab jamun are ready.Enjoy with your loved ones.
