2 piecesPeeled and fried plantain
4large eggs
Grated Scotch bonnet and onions
Seasoning

Steps

In a bowl, Break your egg and put in your grated scotch bonnet and onion

Add in your seasoning and beat

Place your pan on a medium heat and put little oil (like you do in making omelette)

When the oil is hot you put your beated egg and arrange that fried plaintain of yours

Cover it for like 3-4mins. (Make sure you are checking on it to avoid burning)

Carefully turn the other side of it for 2mins.

Turn to a plate and cut like pizza 🍕
