Ingredients

  1. 1 cupWheat flour
  2. 1 cupMethi(fenugreek) leaves
  3. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  6. 1 tspCoriander powder
  7. 1 tspGaram masala powder
  8. 2 tbspCurd
  9. To tasteSalt
  10. 2 tspOil
  11. As neededWater

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Add all the ingredients and make chapati dough.

    Apply some oil and cover it with the damp cloth. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Knead the dough, make balls and spread. Cook well in a chapati tawa by applying oil or ghee.

    Serve hot with raita.
