Ingredients

  • For dough
  • 1 cupAll purpose flour
  • 2 tbspnMelted butter
  • as neededWater for kneeding
  • to tasteSalt
  • For filling
  • 1 cupBonless chicken
  • 1 tbspnChilli powder
  • 1 tbspnKasoori methi
  • 1 tbsp Tandoori masala
  • 1/2 tbsp Cumin powder
  • 2 tbspnYoghurt
  • 1 tbspnGinger garlic paste
  • 2 tbspnLemon juice
  • to tasteSalt
  • for tardka -
  • 1 cupOnion chopped
  • 4Egg
  • 4Green chillies
  • as neededCoriander leaves
  • as neededButter

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare dough, allows to rest for 30minutes

  2. 2

    Combine all together and marinate with chicken. Heat 1 tbspn oil add 1/2 spoon turmeric powder. Add this into chicken mix. Rest for 30 minutes

  3. 3

    Heat up a pan add little oil saute onion and green chillies. When it's half done add marinated chicken

  4. 4

    Cook on low flame until the chicken is cooked well. Switch off the flame

  5. 5

    Make thin roties outof the dough

  6. 6

    Beet 1 egg, add 3-4 tbspn chicken mix, coriander leaves and combine well

  7. 7

    Place the egg chicken mix in the centre.springle some chopped onions, Close roti from four side like a box

  8. 8

    Prepare all roties similarly.

  9. 9

    Very carefully place it on a buttered pan,, toast until golden brown and crispy.
