Cooking Instructions

Take big kadai fry dry the besan..and keep a side..

Add one cup of water in kadai and sugar

Once the sugar desolves in water add 2 spoons of ghee

Then add fried besan slowly on the sugar syrup

Keep mixing it and add ghee little by little
- 6
Mix till they become dough Consistsncy
- 7
Grease the plate and pour the mysore pak in the plate
- 8
Sprinkle water on the mysore pak
- 9
Cut it in diamond shape or squre..
