Let the dough rise for at least 2 hours, or until it has doubled in size.

Turn the dough out onto an oiled baking sheet and spread it out with your fingers.

Arrange the olives and capers on top, then drizzle with a mixture of water and olive oil. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.

Bake at the highest temperature for 10 minutes on the lowest oven rack, then bake for another 10 minutes or until golden on the middle rack.
