Ingredients

  1. 10-15Dry dates (shuhare)
  2. 1 cupMilk
  3. 2-3 tbspMilk powder
  4. as required Chopped dryfruits
  5. 2-3 tbspGhee
  6. 1Small cardamom
  7. 1 tbspKhaskhas
  8. 2 tbspMawa
  9. 1/2 cupSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add dry dates put water in it and keep it for 10-12 hours.

  2. 2

    Take a pan add some oil/ghee in it add cardamom and blended dry dates roast it for 10 mints till the color becomes golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add milk and milk powder and mawa again roast it then adds sugar and khaskhas.

  4. 4

    Garnish it with dry fruits.
