Ingredients

  1. For Hazelnuts-Almonds Rocks
  2. 100 gmdark chocolate compound
  3. 1/4 cuproasted hazelnuts
  4. 1/4 cuproasted almonds
  5. For roasted hazelnuts chocolates
  6. 50 gmdark chocolate compound
  7. 12roasted hazelnuts
  8. For roasted almonds Chocolates
  9. 50 gmdark chocolate compound
  10. 12roasted almonds

Cooking Instructions

    Roast hazelnuts in Airfryer/ Oven at 180 temperature for 10 mins.(Temperature may vary with different models of oven).

    Cool and keep aside 12-12 pieces of roasted hazelnuts and almonds. With remaining, chopped roasted hazelnuts and almonds as shown.

    Making of Hazelnuts- Almond Rocks...Melt 100 gm of melted dark chocolate compound by double boiling method or in microwave. Add & mix chopped roasted hazelnuts and almonds in melted chocolate mixture.

    Put 1-2 tbsp of this mixture in each chocolate moulds as shown. Chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Gently remove from mould. Store in cool place in airtight container.

    To prepare roasted hazelnuts chocolates.. melt dark chocolate compound by double boiling method or in microwave. Put roasted hazelnuts in it. Put 1-2 tbsp of prepared mixture in chocolate mould (1 piece of roasted hazelnut in one mould) as shown. Chill for 15 minutes. Store in Cool place.

    To prepare Roasted Almond Chocolates..melt chocolate compound by double boiling method or in microwave. Add few pieces of roasted almonds at a time. Put in chocolate mould as shown. Chill for 15 minutes. Store in cool place. Relish.
