  1. 1 cupMoong sprouts
  2. 2 tablespoonsdry dates
  3. 1 teaspooncardamom powder
  4. 1/2 litreSoya milk
  5. Pinchkesar strands

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly soaked the dry dates for 15 minutes.

    Then soaked the pure saffron in milk.

    Then boiled the sprouts for 10 minutes.

    Now deseed the dates and make puree in grinder.

    Now put soya milk in pan and Boiled it.

  6. 6

    Then put sprouts, dry dates puree and stir it occasionally.

    When halwa get thicken add pure kesar milk mix it nicely, then switch off the flames and served with any shape.

    Your healthy halwa is ready.
