Ingredients

50 minutes.
4 persons
  1. For covering/sheet:
  2. 1 cupmaida
  3. 2 tbspghee/oil
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/4 tsp nigella seeds
  6. For filling:
  7. 1 cupminced mutton
  8. 1 cupchopped onion
  9. 1/2 cupchopped coriander
  10. 2chopped green chillies
  11. 1 tspred chilli powder
  12. 1 tspcumin powder
  13. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. 500 mloil for frying samosa

Cooking Instructions

50 minutes.

    Prepare a semi soft dough by adding the ingredients of covering.Cover and keep aside.

    Boil minced murton ina pan,addind red chilli powder,cumin powder and salt.

    Boil till soft.Dry remaining water.

  4. 4

    Add chopped onion,coriander leaves and green chillies.Mix and let ot cool.

    Make 8 equall portion of the dough.Roll each ball into a poori.

    Put 1 tbsp filling on one poori,fold the poori from middle,giving it a shape of half moon.

    Seal the edges of each samosa.prepare all insame manner.

    Heat oil in a kadahi/pan.Fry all samose on low-medium flame till golden.

    Take out and serve hot.
