  1. 500 gmswheat flour
  2. 1/2 Tspcarom seeds
  3. 2chopped tomatoes
  4. 1finely chopped onion
  5. As required Chopped Coriander
  6. 1 Tbspsabji masala
  7. as per taste Salt
  8. As required Ghee
  9. As per taste Chopped green chillies
  10. 1/2 Tspred chilli powder
  11. Pinchasafoetida
  12. 1/2 Tspgaram masala

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl take flour and salt with 2tbsp oil and make a soft dough and rest it for 10 min.

    Heat 1 Tbsp oil and add Cumin seeds, pinch of heing, chopped green chillies, Onion and saute for 1 min.Now add tomatoes with salt and sabji masala and cook it until mixture get meshed.Fry this mixture for 2 min at high flame and add chopped Coriander and garam masala.

    Make balls from the dough.Roll them circlely little bit.Now put 2tbsp Onion-Tomato mixture and cover it.Roll it with very soft hand or with hands only.

    Cook it on tawa with ghee or butter and serve it with salted curd/ketchup/any chutney.
