Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupWhole wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupLeftover whole moong dal
  3. 2 tbspFinely chopped onion
  4. 1/4 tspFinely chopped green chilli
  5. 1 tbspFinely chopped coriander leaves
  6. 1/4 tspCarom seeds
  7. 1/4 tspOnion seeds
  8. 3 tbspOil

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Take a large bowl add whole wheat flour,leftover dal,carom seeds,cumin seeds,salt,oil,onion,green chilli,one tbsp oil and coriander leaves and mix well.

  2. 2

    Make a soft dough,and keek aside for 30 mins.

  3. 3

    Divide the dough into balls and roll out.

  4. 4

    On a heated pan make paratha applying oil on both the sides.

  5. 5

    Serve hot.
