Ingredients

  1. 1/2 litremilk
  2. 2apples
  3. 18-20deseeded fresh dates
  4. 10-12 almonds sliced
  5. 1 tspchoti Elaichi(green Cardamom) powder
  6. 1 tbspghee

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly finely chop the dates and soak them in 1/2 cup warm milk for 15-20 mins.

    Now in a blender, add soaked dates and blend to a smooth paste,by adding little milk (used for soaking) if needed.

    Now heat ghee in a non-stick pan and add the dates paste and saute for 2-3 mins.

    Now add 1/2 litre milk to the sauted dates and bring it boil on low flame stir well and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

    Off the flame. add elaichi powder mix it well and let it cool

    Now wssh the apples nicely peel and grate them in a big bowl
    Once cooled refrigerate it till itbis chilled.

    Now heat 1 tsp of ghee in a pan add the grated apples to it. Stir the mixture till all the moisture evaporates and let them cook for 5-8 on low flame

    Once the apples are cooked, turn off the flame and let them cool at room temperature.

    Now take out the chilled dates kheer and add the sauted apple paste mix well.

  10. 10

    Garnish with some chopped almonds andsliced apple
    Serve chilled.
