Veg bhurjee with soya granules and mushrooms

Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 2 cupboiled soya granules
  2. 1 cupchopped mushrooms
  3. 2chopped onion
  4. 1chopped capsicum
  5. 1chopped red bell pepper
  6. 1chopped yellow bell pepper
  7. 1 tablespoonchopped garlic
  8. 2chopped tomatoes
  9. 2 tablespoontomato puree
  10. 2 tablespoonolive oil
  11. to tastesalt
  12. to tastered chili powder
  13. to tasteblack pepper
  14. 1chopped green chili
  15. chopped coriander for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Take a nonstick pan, put olive oil

  2. 2

    Add chopped garlic and onion till it turns pink

  3. 3

    Add mushrooms and cook till it ready

  4. 4

    Add chopped tomatoes and tomato puree, cook for a minute

  5. 5

    Add chopped capsicum and bell peppers, saute for a minute

  6. 6

    Add boiled and drained soya granules to it. Mix well

  7. 7

    Add salt, black pepper and red chilli powder. Cook on medium heat for 5- 6 minutes or till ready

  8. 8

    Once ready, garnish it with coriander and green chili
