  1. 3beetroot
  2. as required Water
  3. 1 tablespoonchat masala
  4. 1 tablespoonsugar
  5. 2 tablespoonslemon juice
  6. For topping:
  7. leavesAs required Fresh mint
  8. slicesFew lemon

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the beetroots and grind in mix grinder.

    Now take one bowl. Take out beet crush in it.

    Add sugar, chat masala and lemon juice in it and stir it till sugar desolve.

    Now take a sieve to pour beet juice and drain the juice in glasses. The juice is ready to serve. You can top it with fresh mint leaves and a lemon slice.
