I have made this shakshuka in Indian style and made some changes in original recipes. It's a kind of poached eggs dish.I hope you will enjoy this.

Cooking Instructions

Heat the oil in a pan over medium flame.chop onion,garlic, spring onions, onions and tomatoes.

Add minced garlic cloves and fry for 2mn.Now add chopped spring onions and also chopped onions.Saute for 2mn and then add bell pepper and cover the pan to cook it.

After then add tomatoes to it.

Add some salt and red chilli powder in it.

Add tomato puree and black pepper powder.

Add tomato sauce and barbecue sauce in it. Cover the pan for 5mn.

Crack the eggs one by one into the pan by making holes gently.

Now cover the pan to cook the eggs.

Spread the grated cheese and cover again for 5mn.Also add peri peri powder and seasoning powder over it.

Check the eggs with the help of a fork. And garnish with green coriander leaves.

Serve with warm garlic bread.

For making garlic Bread mix all-purpose flour, salt, coriander leaves, seasoning powder,butter and baking powder.Now knead it with warm milk.

Cover and left the dough for 1 hour.

After then knead it again.Now roll it and cut into strips.Roll the strips.

Now bake them in a preheated oven for 15mn at 180 degree.

Lol ! I served this with spaghetti , so instead of having meatballs in my spaghetti, it was in the garlic cheesy bread , my kids was surprised 😮 what’s this?! Lol there was mix likes and dis likes , I just have one kid who doesn’t like meatballs so. It was fun to do but not something I’d probably do again unless it’s just a snack .
