Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsCarrot
  2. 1.5 tbsp.Ghee
  3. 200 gmsCondensed milk
  4. 1 tbsp.Mawa (grated)
  5. 1 tbsp.Kismis
  6. 7-8Almonds
  7. 7-8pc.cashewnuts
  8. 4-5 pccardamom

Cooking Instructions

    Wash Peel and grate carrot. Heat 1tbsp ghee in a pan roast almond and cashewnuts and take in a plate.

    Now in a same add grated carrot n saute. Add kismiss mix properly n cover cook for 5-7 mins.

    Now add condensed milk n mawa. Mix properly n stir cont. On mid.to slow flame add coarsely crushed cardamom. Mix properly n cook till release fragrance n remove pan. Lastly, add 1tsp ghee mix properly n Turn off the flame. Add roasted cashewnuts and almond.

    Take halwa in a mould n keep in a freezer to set.5-7min.Garnish plate with condensed milk. N demould Gajar ka Halwa. Garnish with roasted almond n Cashewnuts. Yummy Delicious Instant Gajar ka Halwa is ready to serve.
