  1. 50 gramcarrot sliced in chips form
  2. 50 gramcucumber sliced in chips form
  3. 50 gramgreen chilli sliced in chips form
  4. 1 teaspoonsplit mustard seeds
  5. 1/2 teaspoonsplit fenugreek seeds
  6. 1 teaspoonfennel seeds
  7. 10Black pepper
  8. to taste Salt
  9. 1/2 teaspoonasafoetida
  10. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  11. 3 teaspoonlemon juice
  12. 1 tablespoonoil

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly arrange all ingredoents as shown in pic

    In a vessel take cucumber, carrot, and green chilli sliced in a chips form.

    Then add in the split mustard seeds and split fenugreek seeds.

  4. 4

    Then add fennel seeds, black pepper, and salt and asafoetida, turmeric powder, lemon juice and oil and mix it very well.

    Now your carrot cucumber chilli pickle is ready. Eat it after 3 days so that it tastes better. Store it in a glass vessel
