Ingredients

  1. For Mutton
  2. 500 gmsMutton
  3. 2Onions finely chopped
  4. 2Tomatoes finely chopped
  5. 2Green chilles finely chopped
  6. as per taste Salt
  7. 1 1/2 TspRed Chilli Powder
  8. 1/4 TspTurmeric Powder
  9. 2 TspCoriander Powder
  10. 1 GlassWater
  11. For Pulav
  12. 2 CupsBasmati Rice
  13. 1large Onion sliced
  14. 1 TspRed Chilli Powder
  15. to taste Salt
  16. 1 TspCumin seeds
  17. 3Bay leaves
  18. As required Water to Cook rice

Cooking Instructions

    In a pressure cooker heat oil add finely chopped onion,tomatoes and green chillies sauté for 5 minutes.

    Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well.

  3. 3

    Now add washed mutton and mix well,Add water and Cook on low flame for 5 minutes and pressure Cook for 5 vissels.

    For pulav - Heat oil in a pan add sliced onion and Fry it. Add red chilli powder and salt and Cook well.

    Add cumin seeds and bay leaves and mix well, add water.

  6. 6

    Now add rice and cover the pan with lid and Cook the rice on low flame.

  7. 7

    After 10-15 minutes rice and mutton will be ready. Add mutton pieces and gravy in cooked rice in layers and serve hot.
