Today's recipe hero is walnut. A very healthy nut that helps in controlling cholesterol and is rich in omega 3.
Today I tried 3 various dips/spread/topping with walnut as the hero ingredient.
Along with walnuts the 3 common ingredients in my recipe are - Curd, Cottage Cheese & Chickpeas.
Curd & Cottage cheese will bring a smooth texture to the recipe
Chickpeas will maintain the consistency

Walnut Carrot Dip - Ingredients

Grind into a smooth paste in a mixer.

Walnut Cheese Spread - Ingredients.

Grind all ingredients into a smooth paste.

Walnut Coriander Topping - Ingredients.
- 6
Grind all ingredients in a mixer in to a smooth paste. Add lemon juice to the mixture which will prevent the topping from turning black.

All 3 can be served as a dip/spread or topping.
