Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. 1 cupshredded cabbage
  3. 1small onion
  4. 1/2tomato
  5. 1green chiili
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspHaldi / turmeric powder
  8. As per taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Take a shredded cabbage, onion, tomato, and green chili in a bowl.

    Add besan and add all dry masala. salt as per taste.

  3. 3

    Mix it all well and make a fine batter.

  4. 4

    Take a pan, add olive oil and spread the batter.

  5. 5

    Cover it for some time and let cook it from both sides till turns brown.

  6. 6

    And your cabbage omelet is ready, serve it with toasted bread and tomato ketchup.
