Almond Banana Dates Smoothie is healthy breakfast drink that can prepared in under 5 mins. It is no-sugar recipe as dates and banana gives natural sweetness. This can be served as evening drink too as it is filling.

Ingredients

2-3 people
  1. 1/4 cupAlmond
  2. 1ripe banana
  3. 6dates (khajoor)
  4. 1 cupchilled milk
  5. 1/2 tspvanilla essence

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak almonds overnight or soak in hot water for 15 mins and remove the skin. Soak dates in hot water for 15 mins. Roughly chop the banana.

    Transfer almonds, banana, and dates in a mixer with half a cup of milk and blend until smooth.

    Once smooth add remaining milk, vanilla essence, and blend until combined.

  4. 4

    Pour into serving glasses and serve immediately.
