Ingredients

  1. 250 gmChicken
  2. 1 teaspoonSalt
  3. 1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper
  4. as requiredOil
  5. 1Bay leaf
  6. 1Cinnamon stick (1inch)

Cooking Instructions

    Tale a chicken and wash properly. Take a cooker. Add chicken in it.

    Add bay leaf and cinnamon stick.

    Add salt and pepper and mix well.

    Add 2 glass of water. Add 1 teaspoon oil in it.

    Give 3-4 whistles. Then transfer it in a plate. Now prick it with the help of fork.

    Take a pan.add oil in it. Add garlic and saute well. Add onion and mix well.

  7. 7

    Add chicken and mix well. Add spices and mix well.

    Add chicken stock in it.

  9. 9

    Boil well. It ready serve hot.
