Onion fritters, kanda bhajji or khekada bhajji... whatever they are called in your region ....they are loved by everyone... especially on a rainy day.
Cooking Instructions

Take the sliced onions in a bowl and add salt. Mix together and keep the onions aside for 1hour.

Now add the ajwain seeds, coriander leaves and spring onions and sieved besan and mix properly.

The mixture will be dry and that is what's required. Please do not add any water.

Heat oil in a wok or kadhai
- 5
Once oil is hot, start dropping the mixture in the oil by spoon or hand
- 6
Fry on high flame in the beginning and medium flame once they are golden brown from one side.

Enjoy these crispy bhajiyas with chutney or sauce.
