Onion and Tuna Salad Onion and Tuna Salad
My family eat a lot of raw onion salad for our health, since raw onions are supposed to be good for you. Our two favorites are sliced onion salad and this tuna salad. The onion is soaked in water to remove the harshness, but it'll lose its nutrients if you soak it for too long, so soak it for about 2 to 3 minutes. For 3 to 4 servings. Recipe by FarmersK cookpad.japan -

This dish is a great way to get kids to eat vegetables, and it's beneficial for adults too. You can store it in the fridge for a week, but if you add pineapple, it will last about 2-3 days. It's easy to make, delicious, and nutritious. ImAiw WattanakornTranslated from Cookpad Thailand -

Tomato Tuna Salad Tomato Tuna Salad
I learned a recipe like this a long time ago in cooking school. It's an elegant little salad you can make with everyday ingredients.Use great tasting tomatoes. If you aren't confident that you can slice your tomatoes cleanly, using a serrated bread will make it easier. The parsley will change color if you mix it into the dressing, so it's best to add it just before serving. For 2 servings. Recipe by Setsubunhijiki cookpad.japan
