Ingredients

Preparation Time-5 mins, Cooking time-10 mins
1 person
  1. 1 cupfresh Spinach
  2. 2 cupsfrozen grapes
  3. 1 cupAlmond Milk
  4. 1/2 cupfrozen pineapple cubes
  5. 2bananas sliced

Cooking Instructions

Preparation Time-5 mins, Cooking time-10 mins
  1. 1

    In a blender add spinach, sliced bananas, frozen grapes, frozen pineapple and almond milk.

  2. 2

    Run until smooth.

  3. 3

    Pour to a glass and enjoy a healthy Smoothie
    PS : I didn’t add any sweetener as all fruits were sweet
